Set Healthy Exercise Habits

No matter what level you are at, just starting, overweight, fit but apprehensive in progressing your training, you should be performing breathing exercise on a regular basis. 
To help you get into the habit of breathing properly, we include certain development techniques during our classes, from white belt and beyond. These exercises are in addition to our normal body conditioning and training.
Some of the specialised exercises we perform include concentration techniques, meditation and breathing postures, and various breath control techniques. Set yourself those goals and learn new and amazing techniques.
