Youth Martial Arts

Fitness Fun for Any Age

At Kuk Sool Won™ Of Kelty, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach for martial arts. To cater to the needs of our individual students, we provide specialised classes for different age groups.
 
For children from 4 to 6 years old, we offer a programme called the Wee Knights. This class balances education, fitness, respect and etiquette, and it has a very specific syllabus. Our fitness lessons for these little ones are not as involved because they are already a very energetic group. 

The Wee Knights programme mostly consists of simple and fun activities, such as running, jumping, and kicking. Depending on the students' skill levels, we may also do some gymnastics.




Martial Arts for Preteens and Teens

Our sessions for children from ages 7 to 12 as similar to that of the Wee Knights, but their programmes are simply referred to as kids' classes with more of an emphasis on Kuk Sool Won™.
 
The programme for students from ages 13 to 17 is known as our youth class, and it is often combined with our adult classes that feature students from ages 18 and up. These sessions are more difficult, and they place more emphasis on Kuk Sool syllabus, exercise and body conditioning.
 
The older you get and the further along you progress in your skills, the bigger the syllabus becomes for each course. Our training is constantly adjusting to match your personal development.
