The Safe Way to Get in Shape
At every class INJURY PREVENTION is something we take very seriously so each class is formatted to focus on the age and skill level of the participating students. The classes for younger children are less focused on body conditioning because these students are still growing.
Meanwhile, the sessions for older students develop in a controlled and progressive manner as their bodies do not respond as quickly as a child's.
Our INTELLIGENT PACE is also helpful for adults who may be apprehensive at our physical activities. At our student-focused training centre, we always make sure to determine if anyone has any past injuries and adjust our teaching to address those needs. The last thing we want is anyone sustaining an Injury.
